Can I return my order? It’s not the product what you expected? Or would you rather choose something else? Then you can return the product within 14 days of receipt. The day after your order is delivered, you have the ordered products for 14 days at sight, 14 days reflection time. Within this period you may view and / or modify the products to be able to assess whether the products meet your requirements. If the product does not meet your needs, you can return it within 14 days without having to give a reason. Only the costs for return are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 6.95 per package, for exact rates consult the website of your carrier. Items from the outlet sale are unfortunately not returned. Exchange for another product of equal value is possible. The costs of returning are again for the buyer himself.
For our return and exchange service only articles are eligible that:
- Are unused and provided with all original attached labels / cards
- Returned in the original undamaged packaging (if applicable).
- Unworn / unwashed (of course u may do a fitting) and not smell of smoke, perfume and sweat.
- Sufficiently prepacked and firmly / securely packaged.

Have you unexpectedly received an incorrect or defective item? Our apologies! To be able to do this as soon as possible, we ask you to report this to us as soon as possible. You can send an e-mail email@example.com.
After receiving your return we will transfer the purchase amount to you. You have to pay the costs for the return yourself. Feels so Vintage is not liable for damage caused during return.
For exchanges we ensure that your new product will be sent free of charge to you as soon as the returned item has been received in good order from us. If you want to exchange a product, this is also possible. Please indicate on the exchange form for which you want to exchange it. Any price differences will be settled. If you have not received confirmation from us within 7 days, we advise you to contact the shipping company with which you sent your return so that they can trace your package. We do not have the details of your return package and therefore can not help you. If there is a delay, please let us know so that we can possibly extend your return period.
If the product held by the customer comes out below the order amount that qualifies for free shipping, we will deduct the shipping costs from the return amount.
